• 👤 Profile Completeness (15 pts) Complete agency information and contact details
• 🔍 Recruitment Transparency (15 pts) Clear recruitment process and fee policies
• ⚡ Activity & Responsiveness (15 pts) Active job posts and quick responses
• 🎯 Placement Performance (15 pts) Successful seafarer placements
• ⚠️ Compliance (0 to -10 pts) Penalties for violations or complaints
